Yearly they remove my boat from the lake and store it and then deliver it back to the lake. No matter who I deal with I am always treated with a friendly smile and a willingness from them to help me with my needs.
Whether they accommodate my schedule or just offer a ride back to my car to save me steps is always offered.When I needed a problem fixed they responded within minutes of my call. An example was as recent as last summer. On the first day of my vacation I arrived at the boat dock to find my pontoon boat with a hole in the pontoon.
I contacted Frank and he arrived within 15 minutes with a trailer to remove my boat for repairs to be made. He understood the urgency of my situation, assessed the damages & promised to have the repairs made in 2 days. He then offered ma a real deal on a new boat. Needless to say I opted for the deal and was back on the water the next day.
I consider all the people at Pymatuning Boat Sales not just good business people but also friends. I would recommend them to any of my best friends or family knowing they will be serviced in a friendly and professional manner."

Absolutely 'no pressure' salesmanship - shown all makes & models and all price ranges. Excellent service (twice battery died due to our fault) and they were on the scene within minutes. Putting boat into marina in the spring, removing boat in the fall and storing is worth buying boat at PBS. Our 10 grandchildren loved fishing and cruising the dam and was bonding time for us. Their ages are 1-14 and we felt so safe on our Sylvan pontoon.
Spending time with family, relaxing, reading, or fishing - priceless! It is money well spent and had bonded us closer together. We waited too long to invest in a boat, but Pymatuning Boat Sales was the place to do it!Love it! Love it! Love it!

We first met Frank at the Pittsburgh Boat Show. I was trying to convince my husband that a pontoon boat was more realistic for our 'family outings' than the Bass Tracker boat he was looking at. Frank agreed that with the age and activity level of our smallest (child), the pontoon was the best bet. After our first boat camping trip my husband was wishing he had a bit more room and he agreed that the bass boat would have been a bad decision.
After visiting the showroom in Pymatuning (Jamestown) everyone from the front desk to the guys who showed us the engine in service were informative, friendly, and just comfortable to be with. "I have always had good service with Pymatuning Boat Sales. I live approx. on hour and a half away. Chester will make an appointment Saturday morning for me to get work done on my boat He always makes an effort
to have it serviced while I have breakfast at the local diner. Usually I wait no more than a couple of hours and I'm on my way home.
I purchased my boat from Pymatuning Boat Sales 10 years ago and have had very few problems with it, and the ones that I did have were minor. All were taken care of while I waited. A few days after I bought the boat, I had a problem starting it. My wife and I were on Conneaut Lake on a Sunday. We went straight from the lake
to Pymatuning Boat Sales and they were closed. The service man saw us at the diner and asked what the problem was. He told us to bring the boat over to the store after we had our breakfast. He checked it over and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. We were on the water fishing before the store opened. The service man wasn't even
on the clock yet but he took care of us. You can't ask for better service than that. They've always been friendly to us and have always gone out of their way to be sure I was taken care of.
When I decide to purchase another boat, I will be dealing with Pymatuning Boat Sales.
